Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity.
- At least 5+ years in senior integrated marketing roles.
- Proven track record building and scaling integrated marketing programs in high-growth enterprise software environments.
- Deep expertise in marketing operations and MarTech stack architecture (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in marketing including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes to align marketing goals with corporate goals.
- Build and evolve cross-portfolio frameworks that connect brand, demand generation, campaigns, and launch strategies.
- Define quarterly and annual goals, KPIs, and budgets that directly tie marketing efforts to pipeline creation, velocity, and revenue contribution.
- Build and operationalize strategic frameworks, tools, and processes that accelerate go-to-market performance.
- Design and optimize team communications, planning cadence and reporting.
- Collaborate on executive dashboards and forecasting models for marketing performance and ROI.
- Build an AI Native creative design engine and drive AI-first marketing execution.
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools to improve marketing productivity and performance.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of designers, agents, and AI specialists.
