Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing, with emphasis on B2B enterprise marketing and ABM.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing sophisticated multi-touch ABM campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in marketing analytics, data infrastructure, attribution modeling, and BI tools.
  • Direct experience managing marketing operations functions and tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for content personalization, segmentation, and data analysis.
  • Strong experience in lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and managing the end-to-end lead-to-revenue funnel.
  • Skilled in stakeholder alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a sophisticated ABM program targeting 2,500 key personas across 300 health systems.
  • Own the martech stack, data integrity, and lead-flow processes as the functional boss of digital marketing operations.
  • Architect v2.0 of marketing data infrastructure focusing on automation and scalability.
  • Lead the automation of metrics and dashboards and perform manual data deep-dives to uncover patterns.
  • Manage broad-based digital programs including email, paid media, and content syndication.
  • Design and optimize lead nurture journeys for both broad-market and high-value target accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of digital marketers.
