  • Proven ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
  • Process-oriented mindset for solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, processes, and playbooks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other supporting teams.
