Requirements
- Customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, support, solutions consulting, etc.).
- Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated comfort presenting to technical or executive audiences.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of developer workflows and technical tooling evaluation.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of 15-20 enterprise accounts to drive adoption and expansion.
- Own post-sales relationships, identifying risks and renewal opportunities.
- Lead enablement sessions, product trainings, and workflow discussions.
- Partner with Named AEs and Field Engineers on strategic account planning.
- Analyze telemetry, adoption patterns, and health signals to identify customer needs.
- Lead strategic conversations and QBRs with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Build multithreaded relationships across engineering, platform, security, and executive levels.
