Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, support, solutions consulting, etc.).
  • Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated comfort presenting to technical or executive audiences.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of developer workflows and technical tooling evaluation.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and telemetry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of 15-20 enterprise accounts to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Own post-sales relationships, identifying risks and renewal opportunities.
  • Lead enablement sessions, product trainings, and workflow discussions.
  • Partner with Named AEs and Field Engineers on strategic account planning.
  • Analyze telemetry, adoption patterns, and health signals to identify customer needs.
  • Lead strategic conversations and QBRs with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Build multithreaded relationships across engineering, platform, security, and executive levels.
