Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or scientific discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial operations, business management, finance, supply chain, or enterprise planning.
- Demonstrated experience leading planning cycles (LRP, AOP) or SIOP processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise planning and demand planning.
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
- Systems-oriented mindset with proficiency in planning and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute commercial components of LRP, AOP, and strategic planning cycles.
- Own commercial inputs into SIOP and demand planning processes.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align demand forecasts with capacity.
- Support the commercial systems roadmap and serve as a functional expert for planning tools.
- Design and deploy role-based training for commercial systems and planning processes.
- Act as a day-to-day integrator across Commercial Operations, Sales, and Finance.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize commercial planning and execution.
