Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing PM teams.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math or Statistics, or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into simple user experiences.
- Experience defining and driving multi-quarter product strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dropbox Sign.
- Build a strong product culture grounded in customer empathy, data-informed decision making, accountability, and collaboration.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Security, and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment.
- Become an expert in our customers by leveraging research, analytics, market insights, and direct feedback.
- Drive complex, multi-quarter initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Drive business impact by identifying key opportunities and defining success metrics.
- Establish operational rigor across the product organization.
