Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–7 years of proven success in healthcare sales, with national account experience
- Experience with Remote Care Management – Digital Population Health, CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, etc.
- Strong leadership skills and track record building high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales technologies
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- Reliable and stable Internet for taking professional calls and video conferencing
- A quiet and professional work environment
Responsibilities
- Drive and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities with key healthcare accounts.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and secure operational alignment on new business.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine value propositions and improve client onboarding.
- Oversee Inside Sales to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and strategic planning.
