Requirements

  • 3+ years leading, hiring, and coaching outbound prospecting or business development teams.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying sales training programs and onboarding curricula.
  • Hands-on experience with field service CRM/software platforms like ServiceTitan.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change through influence in decentralized environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills for coaching and leadership presentation.
  • Strong data-orientation with ability to translate activity into actionable pipeline reporting.
  • Must be comfortable with 50-75% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Define and codify SOPs for outbound prospecting, PM sales, and account management.
  • Build and deliver the Galaxy Sales Academy for onboarding and skill-building.
  • Partner with brand leadership to hire and structure outbound prospecting teams.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, including ride-alongs and call reviews, to sales professionals.
  • Design performance dashboards and establish tracking cadences for sales accountability.
  • Foster a national community among sales professionals through peer learning and recognition.
