Requirements
- 7+ years of sales and sales leadership experience in commercial field services.
- 3+ years leading, hiring, and coaching outbound prospecting or business development teams.
- Proven experience designing and deploying sales training programs and onboarding curricula.
- Hands-on experience with field service CRM/software platforms like ServiceTitan.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change through influence in decentralized environments.
- Exceptional communication skills for coaching and leadership presentation.
- Strong data-orientation with ability to translate activity into actionable pipeline reporting.
- Must be comfortable with 50-75% travel.
Responsibilities
- Define and codify SOPs for outbound prospecting, PM sales, and account management.
- Build and deliver the Galaxy Sales Academy for onboarding and skill-building.
- Partner with brand leadership to hire and structure outbound prospecting teams.
- Provide hands-on coaching, including ride-alongs and call reviews, to sales professionals.
- Design performance dashboards and establish tracking cadences for sales accountability.
- Foster a national community among sales professionals through peer learning and recognition.
