Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of VA roles, skill sets, and the virtual assistant market.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring top-quality candidates across various industries.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment software, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and define the skills, qualifications, and job requirements for virtual assistant roles.
  • Proactively source candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants, ensuring a strong match between candidate experience and client requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule client-candidate interviews, ensuring an efficient and professional process.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and candidates, providing consistent communication, feedback, and updates.
  • Manage and track candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Support candidates through the hiring journey, including negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
