Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on virtual assistant or remote talent acquisition.
- In-depth understanding of VA roles, skill sets, and the virtual assistant market.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top-quality candidates across various industries.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment software, and sourcing tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and define the skills, qualifications, and job requirements for virtual assistant roles.
- Proactively source candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants, ensuring a strong match between candidate experience and client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule client-candidate interviews, ensuring an efficient and professional process.
- Act as the liaison between clients and candidates, providing consistent communication, feedback, and updates.
- Manage and track candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Support candidates through the hiring journey, including negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
