Requirements

  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, partnering with Hiring Managers across multiple regions.
  • Strong track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from kickoff through to offer and close.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, with the confidence to uphold and advocate for high-quality hiring standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust, tell compelling stories, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience promoting diversity of thought and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through social platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including designing interview plans, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and running debriefs, while upholding best-practice standards.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and ensure a high bar for quality and consistency.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by uncovering true motivations and ensuring alignment with Lightspeed’s mission and values.
  • Design and execute structured interview processes that assess both skills and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment tools to enable strong reporting and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by driving fair, objective, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Coach and support Hiring Managers on best practices, interviewing, and effectively representing Lightspeed.
