Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven track record in an agency, RPO, or managed staffing environment.
- Expertise in hiring across multiple industries and job functions.
- Experience in internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to conduct competency-based interviews.
- Deep understanding of job boards and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new client requests and distill complex needs into search strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand client business goals.
- Guide and manage the workflow of the Sourcing team.
- Define ideal candidate profiles and ensure pipeline health.
- Conduct end-to-end interviews for entry-level to executive roles.
- Communicate with CSMs to refine searches based on real-time feedback.
- Coordinate with the Product Delivery Specialist regarding scope compliance.
- Take the lead on specialized or hard-to-fill requisitions.
