Requirements
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring
- Experience working in a Virtual Assistant agency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficient in speaking and writing clear English
- Amenable to working US business hours
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
- Noise-canceling headset or reliable microphone
- Webcam for virtual meetings
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified Virtual Assistant candidates
- Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to fully understand hiring requirements and deliver the best talent matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to endorsement and onboarding support
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring goals and timelines in a high-volume recruitment environment
