Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring
  • Experience working in a Virtual Assistant agency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in speaking and writing clear English
  • Amenable to working US business hours
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
  • Noise-canceling headset or reliable microphone
  • Webcam for virtual meetings

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified Virtual Assistant candidates
  • Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to fully understand hiring requirements and deliver the best talent matches
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to endorsement and onboarding support
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet hiring goals and timelines in a high-volume recruitment environment
