Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven track record in an agency, RPO, or managed staffing environment.
- Expertise in hiring across multiple industries and job functions.
- Experienced in internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to conduct competency-based interviews.
- Proficiency in job boards and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new client requests, distilling complex needs into actionable search strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers to understand business models and goals.
- Guide and manage the workflow of the Sourcing team.
- Conduct end-to-end interviews for roles ranging from entry-level to executive leadership.
- Proactively communicate with CSMs to refine searches based on real-time feedback.
- Coordinate with Product Delivery Specialist for post-sales requests.
- Take the lead on specialized or high-stakes 'hard-to-fill' requisitions.
