Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience within top-tier internet companies or agencies is ideal.
  • Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Market Mapping experience for global or Asian markets.
  • Successful track record of meeting hiring goals.
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude towards crypto.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation).
  • Provide outstanding candidate experience.
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to improve hiring processes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage recruiting databases.
  • Develop talent pipelines through networking and outreach.
