Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience within top-tier internet companies or agencies is ideal.
- Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
- Market Mapping experience for global or Asian markets.
- Successful track record of meeting hiring goals.
- Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude towards crypto.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Provide outstanding candidate experience.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to improve hiring processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Manage recruiting databases.
- Develop talent pipelines through networking and outreach.
