Requirements:
3-6+ years of experience in recruitment. Experience within top-tier internet companies or agencies is ideal. Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus. Fluency in English. Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques. Market Mapping experience for global or Asian markets. Successful track record of meeting hiring goals. Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently. Positive attitude towards crypto.
Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation). Provide outstanding candidate experience. Work with HR and hiring managers to improve hiring processes. Participate in HR projects and initiatives. Manage recruiting databases. Develop talent pipelines through networking and outreach.
