Requirements
- 3+ years of content management experience in a brand or technology company.
- Direct ownership of a headless or component-based CMS (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Sanity).
- Proven writing samples covering both B2C and B2B formats.
- Solid working knowledge of on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, structured data).
- Familiarity with GEO and AEO concepts.
- Experience managing organic social media channels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Active, expert-level user of AI writing tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Excellent written English with strong editorial judgement.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day content management in Storyblok across all active websites.
- Build out and maintain content across multiple international locales (USA, Germany, France, Netherlands).
- Ensure SEO and technical standards for all published content.
- Implement strategies for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Write and produce marketing content including blog posts, website copy, ebooks, and social media posts.
- Manage organic social media channels, including planning, visual creation in Canva, and scheduling.
- Own strategy and day-to-day management of customer reviews on platforms like Feefo and Trustpilot.
- Collaborate across departments to support commercial priorities through content.
