- Proven experience running workflows, trackers, and governance.
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English with writing/transcreation skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in content production.
- Familiarity with SEO, structured data, and accessibility best practices.
- Working knowledge of GEO and AEO for generative search.
- Strong portfolio of web or campaign writing.
- Experience with CMS platforms like Sitecore or Content Hub.
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and digital usability.
- Collaborative energy and ability to apply constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own and run end-to-end content workflows from intake to publishing.
- Build and maintain operational toolkits, dashboards, and style guides.
- Define and enforce content governance and quality standards.
- Coordinate CMS teams, writers, and designers to manage capacity and timelines.
- Track content status and report progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes including implementing AI-assisted workflows.
- Write clear copy in Arabic and English for websites and campaigns.
- Adapt tone for different industries and regulatory needs.
- Transcreate content to maintain cultural nuance in both languages.
- Work with modular content models and CMS platforms like Sitecore.
