Requirements
- Experience with onboarding, activation, or growth with demonstrated impact on activation metrics.
- Strong product discovery and delivery skills including iterative shipping.
- Data-driven working style with experience in designing experiments and post-launch reviews.
- Collaborative leadership experience working with engineers, designers, and commercial teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise B2C SaaS or B2B2C product contexts.
- AI literacy and practical application in professional workflows.
- Strong communication skills for presenting customer problems and roadmap trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end onboarding and activation journey in partnership with the VP of Product.
- Define and drive improvements to activation metrics with clear measurement and learning loops.
- Set a 12-month vision and roadmap for personalised onboarding and first-time-to-value.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and deliver outcomes at pace.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial and client-facing teams to improve time-to-value.
