Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems.
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities.
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap.
- Empathize with customer problems to collect needs, requirements, and pain points.
- Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering with evidence for tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with PMM on product differentiation, documentation, and whitepapers.
- Make data-driven decisions on GTM, pricing, packaging, and licensing.
- Build alignment across Engineering groups and stakeholders.
