Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, merchandising, product, and/or a related field
  • Proven experience selling and building account plans with sporting goods or multi-brand wholesale partners
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a wholesale or retail environment
  • Experience tracking account performance, analyzing data, and forecasting for wholesale accounts
  • Experience leading, collaborating, and managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the Brand’s products, services, and the sporting goods retail landscape
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, most notably Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Champion the Reebok brand internally and externally across the Sporting Goods Wholesale channel
  • Build account strategies with sporting goods partners that grow and elevate the Brand
  • Achieve or exceed all footwear sales targets by driving sporting goods account performance
  • Own the seasonal sell-in process and projections for sporting goods wholesale accounts
  • Own orderbook management including pricing, allocation, and on-time fulfillment
  • Facilitate resolution of customer compliance matters like freight claims and charge-backs
  • Analyze sales reports and leverage data to adjust account plans and mitigate risk
  • Create weekly sales forecasts aligned with account activity
  • Collaborate with trade marketing to bring the brand to life across the wholesale base
