Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, merchandising, product, and/or a related field
- Proven experience selling and building account plans with sporting goods or multi-brand wholesale partners
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a wholesale or retail environment
- Experience tracking account performance, analyzing data, and forecasting for wholesale accounts
- Experience leading, collaborating, and managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the Brand’s products, services, and the sporting goods retail landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, most notably Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
Responsibilities
- Champion the Reebok brand internally and externally across the Sporting Goods Wholesale channel
- Build account strategies with sporting goods partners that grow and elevate the Brand
- Achieve or exceed all footwear sales targets by driving sporting goods account performance
- Own the seasonal sell-in process and projections for sporting goods wholesale accounts
- Own orderbook management including pricing, allocation, and on-time fulfillment
- Facilitate resolution of customer compliance matters like freight claims and charge-backs
- Analyze sales reports and leverage data to adjust account plans and mitigate risk
- Create weekly sales forecasts aligned with account activity
- Collaborate with trade marketing to bring the brand to life across the wholesale base
