Requirements
- Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, software implementation, training, consulting, customer success, or business transformation.
- Knowledge of Variable Operations (Sales, F&I, CRM) or Fixed Operations (Service, Parts, Aftersales).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable delivering training both remotely and on-site.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support dealerships through system deployments, onboarding, and training.
- Work across Variable Operations and Fixed Operations.
- Help customers maximize the value of the platform.
- Deliver training both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with wider teams on software implementation and consulting.
