Requirements
- 10+ years in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or related roles.
- Proven experience scaling core systems across Finance, GTM, People, and Operations.
- Hands-on understanding of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Rippling, or Greenhouse.
- Track record of delivering cross-functional programs including implementations and integrations.
- Solid integration and data fluency with APIs and iPaaS tools like Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Strong change management instincts and ability to drive user adoption.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Armada’s enterprise application ecosystem.
- Run Business Systems like a product to improve cycle time, data quality, and user experience.
- Define and govern system architecture including APIs, iPaaS, and data warehouse patterns.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled internal workflows.
- Establish operational rigor, security, and compliance controls.
- Manage vendor relationships and platform licensing strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems team.
