Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related; Master's/MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in enterprise IT environments
- 5+ years experience supporting financial systems, billing, data management, and reporting
- Experience leading enterprise-scale system implementations and transformations
- Experience managing internal staff, contractors, and external partners
- Background in large enterprise organizations ($2B+ annual revenue)
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise integration
- Expertise in ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Adaptive
- Knowledge of BI/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Hex
- Familiarity with IT security, governance, and compliance
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy supporting financial operations
- Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional technology teams to identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP platforms, billing solutions, and financial reporting environments
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and legacy system decommissioning
- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams
- Establish governance, project roadmaps, and vendor management strategies
