Requirements
- Masterās degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven expertise in KYC and identity fraud.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Methodical approach with the ability to anticipate future needs.
- Autonomous and creative project management capabilities.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Understand user needs and market challenges regarding identity verification.
- Perform competitive and tech benchmarking.
- Lead product discovery to automate and improve KYC processes.
- Manage relationships with identity verification partners.
- Define product roadmap and strategy for the identity scope.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including compliance, IT, and Customer Service.
- Optimize rule sets and algorithms.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data using SQL.
