Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong customer and market research skills.
- Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive products.
- Proven track record in roadmap ownership and prioritization.
- Deep comfort with data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of both UX and data dimensions of product work.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working with remote and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VoC Surveys.
- Partner with Engineering Manager and 5 engineers to drive discovery and delivery.
- Integrate VoC into the unified Contentsquare platform.
- Champion AI-first development with Sense AI and Applied AI teams.
- Conduct deep customer and market research.
- Define product KPIs and track performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
