Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR Technology / HRIS / People Systems.
- Hands-on Workday configuration in a scaling, global company.
- 3+ years leading a small HR Technology / HRIS team.
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
- Experience in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Talent modules.
- Familiarity with broader HR technology stack (ATS, payroll/time, learning, engagement).
- Experience administering HR configurations and coordinating with IT on integrations.
- Experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and RaaS / Web Services.
- Experience with modern HR technology capabilities like automation and AI-assisted self-service.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR Technology / HRIS team.
- Lead Workday configuration and security design including SOX-relevant controls.
- Own the integration architecture between Workday and connected HR systems.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships for HR systems.
- Build and maintain an outcome-focused HR technology roadmap.
- Drive change management and user adoption for Workday and other HR tools.
- Establish HR data governance, data lineage, and audit-ready evidence for SOX ITGCs.
- Use data from tickets to identify configuration fixes and automation opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day operational details, including closing tickets and handling small tasks.
