Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS administration, HR analytics, or portfolio governance.
- Prior leadership experience, including supervising employees.
- Experience with HR technology implementations, upgrades, and operational transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM/HRIS.
- Knowledge of HR data governance, role-based security, and access controls.
- Understanding of portfolio management and prioritization principles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Effective executive-level communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the administration, maintenance, optimization, and governance of HRIS systems and related HR technologies.
- Leads HR technology intake, prioritization, and portfolio management processes.
- Establishes and maintains governance frameworks, operating standards, and visibility dashboards.
- Supervises team members responsible for HR systems administration, reporting, and data management.
- Partners with stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement scalable improvements.
- Leads configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment activities for system upgrades.
- Develops and maintains standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data insights.
- Ensures HR data integrity through audits and governance controls.
- Designs and maintains role-based security models and access governance.
- Leads and develops team members, including coaching and performance management.
