Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing a high-volume global talent acquisition team, TA Operations, or freelance/crowdsourced talent marketplaces.
- Demonstrated experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven capability in data analytics and utilizing data tools to monitor marketplace dynamics.
- Hands-on experience developing talent acquisition strategies and managing localized recruitment budgets.
- Experience implementing tools or workflows that automate sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-backed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing global freelancer recruitment team.
- Execute and oversee end-to-end recruitment request fulfillment.
- Track recruitment KPIs to ensure operational delivery efficiency.
- Manage pre-sales discovery and scoping calls to align freelancer volume with pipeline demands.
- Drive workflow and process optimization across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Manage strategic oversight of recruitment-related support tickets and SLA adherence.
- Formulate cross-functional feedback loops to improve freelance testing opportunity design.
