Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing high-volume global talent acquisition, TA Operations, or freelance/crowdsourced talent marketplaces.
- Demonstrated experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven capability in data analytics for monitoring marketplace dynamics and performance.
- Hands-on experience developing talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience managing localized recruitment budgets.
- Experience implementing sourcing, vetting, and onboarding automation tools.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing global freelancer recruitment team.
- Execute and oversee end-to-end recruitment request fulfillment.
- Track recruitment KPIs to ensure operational delivery efficiency.
- Manage pre-sales discovery and scoping calls to align freelancer volume with pipeline demands.
- Drive workflow and process optimization across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Manage strategic oversight of recruitment-related support tickets.
- Formulate cross-functional feedback loops with internal delivery teams.
