Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing high-volume global talent acquisition, TA Operations, or freelance/crowdsourced talent marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven capability in data analytics for monitoring marketplace dynamics and performance.
  • Hands-on experience developing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing localized recruitment budgets.
  • Experience implementing sourcing, vetting, and onboarding automation tools.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing global freelancer recruitment team.
  • Execute and oversee end-to-end recruitment request fulfillment.
  • Track recruitment KPIs to ensure operational delivery efficiency.
  • Manage pre-sales discovery and scoping calls to align freelancer volume with pipeline demands.
  • Drive workflow and process optimization across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Manage strategic oversight of recruitment-related support tickets.
  • Formulate cross-functional feedback loops with internal delivery teams.
