Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree.
  • 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise software solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably in security.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of large enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Database/SQL skills (must-have).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel regionally for customer meetings.
  • Domain expertise in Mobility & Security (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of Zimperium’s solution and demonstrate business value.
  • Maintain domain expertise to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, risks, and escalations.
  • Gather and channel customer feedback to drive product capabilities.
  • Assist with deployment planning and proactive risk management for rollouts.
  • Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams.
