Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree.
- 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise software solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably in security.
- Experience managing a portfolio of large enterprise customers.
- Strong technical background.
- Database/SQL skills (must-have).
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Ability to travel regionally for customer meetings.
- Domain expertise in Mobility & Security (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Drive adoption of Zimperium’s solution and demonstrate business value.
- Maintain domain expertise to act as a trusted advisor.
- Manage customer satisfaction, risks, and escalations.
- Gather and channel customer feedback to drive product capabilities.
- Assist with deployment planning and proactive risk management for rollouts.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams.
