Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in hardware operations, NPI coordination, or lifecycle management
- Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting)
- Strong project management capabilities
- Familiarity with hardware components, systems configurations and validation workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently
Responsibilities
- Own coordination and tracking of hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
- Maintain and drive NPI checklists, timelines and deliverables
- Own and maintain hardware Bill of Materials (BOM) and change control process
- Review incoming hardware asset reports to confirm firmware validation
- Coordinate hardware validation and test cycles
- Act as a point of contact for hardware-related support issues and warranty trends
- Support vendor returns (RMA) and refurbishment workflows
- Track and report on key lifecycle and NPI metrics
