Requirements
- 7+ years in IT engineering or systems administration.
- Deep experience designing and managing identity lifecycle workflows.
- Hands-on Okta expertise including Workflows, Device Trust, and SSO.
- Experience working with HRIS as a source of truth for identity.
- Experience administering Google Workspace at scale.
- Solid networking fundamentals with hands-on Cisco Meraki experience.
- Proficiency with Jamf or Intune for endpoint management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve identity infrastructure including authentication policies and lifecycle management.
- Manage provisioning, entitlement reviews, and role-based permissions.
- Maintain and improve device management across a primarily macOS fleet.
- Strengthen MFA, device trust, and endpoint security controls.
- Partner with Security and IT to integrate identity and endpoint tooling across SaaS and cloud platforms.
- Support audits, access reviews, and system assessments.
- Build scalable documentation, runbooks, and operational practices.
- Serve as a technical escalation point and drive root-cause improvements.
