Requirements
- Experience supporting Unix and Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as IBM DataPower, Qualys, Grafana, Site24x7, SendGrid, and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex technical issues independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
- Experience working in structured IT environments with change management and incident processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and in team settings.
- Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Unix and Windows-based systems, ensuring stability and optimal performance of enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and integrated systems within defined SLAs.
- Support vulnerability management, system monitoring, and security remediation efforts using enterprise tools.
- Participate in product release cycles and implementation projects to ensure smooth deployments and system readiness.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure connectivity and integration across applications and services.
- Manage incident tickets through the full lifecycle using IT service management tools and best practices.
- Follow established change management processes and contribute to escalation handling and resolution.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and ensure operational continuity.
