- Set and own Firefox Mobile’s overall quality strategy as a product outcome
- Manage Test Automation Engineering to prioritize high-impact work
- Oversee observability work, including dashboards and automated reporting
- Lead exploratory testing work and structure the program
- Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering leadership to identify quality gaps
- Manage and support a geographically distributed team
