Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Success leading enterprise technology strategy in healthcare or regulated, multi-site environments.
- Familiarity with ambulatory clinical systems (EHR/PMS/RCM) and clinical workflows.
- Experience leading cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and resiliency programs.
- Proven track record of leading transformations, vendor ecosystems, and multi-year roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year technology, data, and AI strategy.
- Establish an IT operating model that scales with acquisitions.
- Own and evolve the Azure-based cloud environment.
- Provide strategic oversight for core systems supporting specialty care (EHR, PMS, RCM).
- Own the end-to-end data, analytics, and AI ecosystem.
- Lead cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and business continuity programs.
- Lead IT due diligence and post-close integration for acquisitions.
- Manage IT budget, forecasting, and vendor contract negotiations.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology organization.
