Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transcribers via Email and Slack, managing questions, issues, and routine communications
  • Own onboarding for new transcription Independent Contractor's: coordinating paperwork, training access, and first-week check-ins
  • Conduct QA reviews on transcription deliverables, flagging issues and routing feedback to appropriate owners
  • Maintain communication logs and ensure follow-through on open items
  • Support the Transcription Marketplace Strategy Team with operational tasks to clear bandwidth for strategic priorities
  • Contribute to process documentation as workflows are refined
