- Familiarity with transcription, legal services, or independent contractor management
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transcribers via Email and Slack, managing questions, issues, and routine communications
- Own onboarding for new transcription Independent Contractor's: coordinating paperwork, training access, and first-week check-ins
- Conduct QA reviews on transcription deliverables, flagging issues and routing feedback to appropriate owners
- Maintain communication logs and ensure follow-through on open items
- Support the Transcription Marketplace Strategy Team with operational tasks to clear bandwidth for strategic priorities
- Contribute to process documentation as workflows are refined
