Requirements

- Familiarity with Indonesian dialectal variation and register.
Responsibilities
- Listen to, analyze, and transcribe Indonesian audio or video content.
- Produce accurate written outputs in Indonesian and English.
- Capture meaning, tone, intent, and regional linguistic variation.
- Develop and review evaluation rubrics and task guidelines.
- Identify linguistic nuances, grammatical complexities, and ambiguity.
- Evaluate generated outputs for accuracy, fluency, and clarity.
- Provide structured feedback on transcription and language naturalness.
- Participate in QA and review cycles.
