Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a fast-growing startup or consulting firm
- Organized and thorough, capable of completing tasks and documenting work
- Clear written communicator comfortable sending professional IC-facing messages
- Eager to build structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Experience in coordinator, operations, or community management roles
- Background in legal, deposition, or independent contractor management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new Digital Reporter independent contractors
- Support engagement efforts, routing communications, and helping execute retention touch points
- Assist with QA workflows by reviewing reports, logging issues, and routing feedback
- Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for processes, playbooks, and procedures
- Manage routine Slack and email communication with Digital Reporters
- Identify gaps in existing documentation and help with closing them
