  • 2+ years in a closing sales role.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Native Indonesian speaker.
  • Exceptional command of English.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value.
  • Experience with AI tools as a core part of the selling motion.
  • Self-directed and coachable.
  • Discipline and structure in running deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline.
  • Source own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and industry conferences.
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC.
  • Utilize AI agent infrastructure for call prep, discovery, and positioning.
  • Build trusted relationships with independent hotel owners and GMs.
  • Drive new business and identify expansion/upgrade opportunities.
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback.
