Requirements
- 2+ years in a closing sales role.
- SaaS experience.
- Native Indonesian speaker.
- Exceptional command of English.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value.
- Experience with AI tools as a core part of the selling motion.
- Self-directed and coachable.
- Discipline and structure in running deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline.
- Source own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and industry conferences.
- Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC.
- Utilize AI agent infrastructure for call prep, discovery, and positioning.
- Build trusted relationships with independent hotel owners and GMs.
- Drive new business and identify expansion/upgrade opportunities.
- Partner with Product to share market feedback.
