Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (Python, TypeScript, or Go).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with networking constructs such as VPCs, subnets, and private endpoints.
- Deep involvement with complex, production-grade APIs and services.
- Strong understanding of databases, caches, queues, events, and workers.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals (routing, switching, DNS, firewalls).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and hardening practices.
- Experience working across multiple layers of the stack.
- Comfortable using AI coding agents.
Responsibilities
- Design, scope, and deliver complex systems from architecture through implementation and testing.
- Resolve technical issues spanning software, infrastructure, and network layers.
- Own reliability, monitoring, logging, and instrumentation for built systems.
- Partner with cross-team stakeholders to define requirements and align with business objectives.
- Ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers through code review and pairing.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Participate in technical hiring evaluation.
