  • 2–4 years’ experience in a dedicated outbound/hunting sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas
  • Experience selling to C-Level executives
  • Proficiency in multi-channel sequence building
  • Experience with advanced cold calling
  • Experience with high-conversion social selling techniques

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and key decision-makers across the EMEA region
  • Initiate contact through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business model and international hiring needs
  • Educate prospects on the strategic opportunities and financial benefits of global hiring solutions
  • Draft and follow up on commercial proposals and navigate objections to close deals
  • Maintain data and interaction logs in Salesforce
  • Use revenue intelligence platforms like Gong and Clari to optimize sales cycle and forecasting
