- 2–4 years’ experience in a dedicated outbound/hunting sales role
- Proven track record of meeting quotas
- Experience selling to C-Level executives
- Proficiency in multi-channel sequence building
- Experience with advanced cold calling
- Experience with high-conversion social selling techniques
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and key decision-makers across the EMEA region
- Initiate contact through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business model and international hiring needs
- Educate prospects on the strategic opportunities and financial benefits of global hiring solutions
- Draft and follow up on commercial proposals and navigate objections to close deals
- Maintain data and interaction logs in Salesforce
- Use revenue intelligence platforms like Gong and Clari to optimize sales cycle and forecasting
