- Proven experience scaling customer-facing digital products in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience building both D2C products and internal/operational tooling.
- Experience building prototypes with AI.
- Strong business acumen with focus on revenue, operations, and retention metrics.
- Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
- Strong operational discipline and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach to product decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product strategy for customer retention, referral growth, and cross-product adoption.
- Develop long-term product vision and roadmap balancing innovation and scalability.
- Break down ambiguous, unstructured problems into strategic priorities and actionable plans.
- Lead product teams through the full lifecycle: discovery, design, scoping, execution, and iteration.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build best-in-class product experiences.
- Write clear product specifications and coordinate with operational stakeholders.
- Define success metrics, OKRs, and measurement frameworks for all initiatives.
- Conduct experiments, analyze performance data, and translate insights into product strategy.
