Requirements

  • 3–5+ years managing membership programs, subscription businesses, or community-driven initiatives.
  • Direct ownership of operations experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building conversion funnels and implementing UTM tracking.
  • Experience coordinating email nurture campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to present data to senior leadership.
  • Proven project management ability involving cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-directed execution skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Asana or comparable PM tools.
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, or Airtable.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage conversion pathways moving audiences to paid annual membership.
  • Implement and maintain UTM tracking and attribution setup.
  • Ensure public-facing membership pages accurately communicate pricing and tiers.
  • Track attendance and conversion data; produce monthly performance reports.
  • Build and maintain a membership KPI dashboard tracking enrollment, churn, and engagement.
  • Run monthly review of the member service inbox and produce response time reports.
  • Maintain a live tracker of corporate membership partnership deals.
  • Manage project timelines for membership-related technology and platform builds.
  • Keep cross-functional deliverables on track across marketing, product, and operations.
