Requirements
- 3–5+ years managing membership programs, subscription businesses, or community-driven initiatives.
- Direct ownership of operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience building conversion funnels and implementing UTM tracking.
- Experience coordinating email nurture campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to present data to senior leadership.
- Proven project management ability involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-directed execution skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Asana or comparable PM tools.
- Proficiency in data reporting tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, or Airtable.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage conversion pathways moving audiences to paid annual membership.
- Implement and maintain UTM tracking and attribution setup.
- Ensure public-facing membership pages accurately communicate pricing and tiers.
- Track attendance and conversion data; produce monthly performance reports.
- Build and maintain a membership KPI dashboard tracking enrollment, churn, and engagement.
- Run monthly review of the member service inbox and produce response time reports.
- Maintain a live tracker of corporate membership partnership deals.
- Manage project timelines for membership-related technology and platform builds.
- Keep cross-functional deliverables on track across marketing, product, and operations.
