Requirements
- Proven experience designing operational systems in ambiguous environments.
- Strong technical understanding of data mapping, validation, and ETL.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume data migrations in a client-facing capacity.
- Background in SaaS, healthtech, or EHR/EMR industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop people.
- Proven experience building cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-complexity enterprise migrations as the primary client contact.
- Design and ship repeatable processes such as data mapping guides and QA checklists.
- Maintain a KPI dashboard for timeliness, accuracy, and throughput.
- Manage capacity planning by EMR type and account tier.
- Coach direct reports and build clear growth paths.
- Translate migration patterns and feedback into product requirements for Engineering and Product.
