Requirements

  • Proven experience in Workday Learning configuration, architecture, and implementation.
  • Strong background in designing role-based, audience-segmented, or automated learning assignment structures.
  • Familiarity with Workday Learning campaigns, business processes, and assignment logic frameworks.
  • Experience integrating SCORM/AICC learning content into Workday environments.
  • Ability to translate complex L&D requirements into scalable and efficient LMS configurations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills in global environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based consulting setup (time & materials model).
  • Experience working on enterprise LMS transformations or Workday Learning projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Audit existing Workday Learning environments, including learning paths, assignment rules, and configuration structures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate role-based learning requirements into system design.
  • Design and configure scalable learning assignment logic, audience segmentation, campaigns, and conditional workflows within Workday Learning.
  • Support integration and validation of SCORM/AICC content within the updated LMS framework.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance before deployment.
  • Document configuration changes, processes, and architecture decisions for client handover.
  • Work closely with global L&D and Workday teams throughout discovery, implementation, and validation phases.
