Requirements
- 4–6 years of overall experience in software implementation, with at least 2 end-to-end CLM implementations.
- Hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Malbek, or Leah (ContractPodAi).
- Mandatory certification in at least one CLM tool (Agiloft, Malbek, or Leah/ContractPodAi).
- Strong expertise in configuring workflows, approval processes, clause libraries, forms, roles, and business rules.
- Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, compliance requirements, and legal workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, procurement, business users, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with additional CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM) is a plus.
- Experience in testing, documentation, UAT, and user support is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement CLM solutions aligned with client business requirements, including workflows, templates, approval hierarchies, and business rules.
- Design and manage roles, permissions, access controls, and security configurations within CLM platforms.
- Translate business and legal requirements into scalable system configurations in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, solution design workshops, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
- Validate configurations through testing to ensure functionality, compliance, usability, and performance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot configuration and implementation issues in coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and implementation processes.
- Support user training, UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Recommend process improvements and CLM best practices to enhance contract lifecycle efficiency.
