Requirements
- Must be US-based.
- Proven experience as a hands-on maker producing high-volume ad creative.
- Exceptional artistic palette and formal/practiced design skills.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit advertising.
- Proven track record of driving measurable conversions (CPA, ROAS, CVR).
- Fluent in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for daily workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRO and full-funnel conversion systems.
- Professional-level English communication.
- Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
- Experience in DTC, telehealth, or regulated industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Personally produce 15-30 ad variants per week across static, short-form video, and copy.
- Execute direct response copywriting for hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
- Design high-quality statics in Figma and edit short-form video ads.
- Actively use AI tools for ideation, copy generation, and production.
- Own creative strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and iterate based on data.
- Build a rigorous testing system for hooks, formats, and offers.
- Audit full-funnel alignment between ad promise and post-click experience.
- Propose landing page, layout, and CTA improvements for conversion optimization.
- Partner directly with co-founders to achieve business goals.
