Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional design experience with progressive leadership responsibilities in brand, communications, or creative direction roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, editorial design, brand systems, campaigns, presentations, and communication-focused creative initiatives.
  • Experience working within retail, consumer goods, lifestyle, e-commerce, or agency environments is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual communication skills with a refined creative sensibility.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, communications design, audience engagement, and multi-channel creative execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and collaborative design tools.
  • Proven ability to create scalable design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative rationale clearly to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational discipline, adaptability, and a passion for mentorship and creative excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the visual identity and creative direction for internal and external communications across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand across executive communications, PR campaigns, presentations, events, social content, marketing collateral, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including PR, communications, marketing, HR, and executive leadership to develop compelling and strategic creative solutions.
  • Oversee the development, review, and execution of creative assets across digital, print, experiential, and presentation-based formats.
  • Create visually engaging narratives that simplify complex concepts and strengthen audience engagement through strong editorial design and storytelling.
  • Establish and maintain scalable communication-focused brand systems, templates, style guides, and creative frameworks.
  • Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of designers and creative contributors while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Improve creative operations, workflows, and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and execution quality.
  • Explore and implement emerging technologies and AI-assisted creative tools to drive innovation and operational effectiveness.
