- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with Keynote/PowerPoint
- Proven track record in brand and communication-focused creative initiatives
- Expertise in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to communicate creative rationale to senior leadership
- Experience developing scalable templates and brand guidelines
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the visual identity of internal and external communications
- Ensure consistency across executive messaging, PR initiatives, presentations, and events
- Partner with PR, Communications, Marketing, and HR teams
- Oversee development of creative assets across digital, print, and experiential
- Provide hands-on creative direction and maintain design standards
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of designers
- Refine workflows, processes, and creative operations
- Implement new creative technologies and AI-assisted design workflows
