Requirements

  • 10+ years in creative leadership at DTC consumer brands.
  • 5+ years at Director or above.
  • Built and led centralized creative teams of 8+ across brand, performance, and web.
  • Deep expertise in brand-building and performance creative.
  • Hands-on experience with performance creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and email/SMS.
  • Strong understanding of testing and iteration cycles in DR/performance environments.
  • Experience partnering with performance marketing, CRO, and ecommerce functions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience with DTC platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the CMO’s brand strategy and positioning into actionable creative direction.
  • Set visual direction for brand, performance, and web environments.
  • Develop creative testing frameworks that drive measurable performance.
  • Own and maintain the brand identity across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Oversee the design team and Creative Operations team to maintain consistency.
  • Lead a creative team of approximately 8-10 across various sub-functions.
  • Partner with performance marketing, CRO, and ecommerce teams to drive growth.
