- Translate the CMO’s brand strategy and positioning into actionable creative direction.
- Set visual direction for brand, performance, and web environments.
- Develop creative testing frameworks that drive measurable performance.
- Own and maintain the brand identity across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Oversee the design team and Creative Operations team to maintain consistency.
- Lead a creative team of approximately 8-10 across various sub-functions.
